World Leaders
World Leaders… Where is your Wisdom?
It is October 1, 2016, the world is in tumult and too many souls are in despair. Righteous men remain silent whilst tyrants roar beyond their realms. Tolkien’s virtual reality has transformed into the turn of the twenty first century as our reality.
The tyrants need to be disavowed and disempowered immediately before they set fire to the earth. The madness within political power and influence is a pox against all of humanity. There must be a great focus of will power and wisdom if we are to stop the terrorism by diplomacy, accommodations and boundaries. World dominion must never be permitted as either a goal or a belief, but everyone needs peace and development around the globe. Isolationism is essential if we are to respect each other enough to allow each other to take their own pathways with their peoples.
But to get to a point where such diplomacy will function is a totally different stratagem. One does not need to be a member of the intelligence or diplomacy circles to discern the agendas and ambitions behind every war and every revolution and every social disenfranchisement poisoning so many nations. Minds have been so cluttered by religious extremism and tribal conflicts that the painful cultural oppressions have been neglected. Has the world reached 100 million displaced souls?
Now that we are globally connected to each other, shouldn’t we be able to make peace with each other? If we don’t recognize each other, we will fight each other, but once we know each other we acquire greater tolerance.
Perhaps the pity and failure we all felt during the Summer Olympics for those countries being torn apart while we celebrated our athletic majesties was meant to fuel our resolve to fix this world sooner than later.
Can we rely upon our world leaders to make friends for us, or do we need to make friends everywhere ourselves. Can we not make new family social connections ourselves? Perhaps, “Peace be with you”, deserves a rebirth?
World leaders… where is your wisdom?
Isn’t it time, we the people, invited our foes to lay down arms with us and allow us to seek harmony between our separate pathways?
Isn’t it time to target the most dangerous paradigms and their elite realms over their countrymen and their families? Dr. McLuhan’s “The medium is the message” has come into its own. The Internet is the “medium” and peace amongst us is the “message”.
We must do our best to change people’s beliefs in the possibilities for their futures. Canada once held this reputation throughout the world. We must lace up those skates once again and bring hope to the world.
“If God is (still) for us, who can stand against us?”
